RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We are happy to accept returns of any item that you are not satisfied with.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We no longer refund shipping due to increased costs from our shipping partners. There are no exceptions unless your order has not shipped.
There are some refund exceptions, please read below.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. If you do not see a refund posted, please contact your credit card company, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We are happy to replace any item that is damaged or that you're unhappy with. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at email@example.com and a shipping label will be mailed to you for the return. HOM will place the new order at no cost.
To return your product, you will use the prepaid shipping label provided by email.
Any holiday decor items or vintage items will not be allowed to be refunded or exchanged. Items that state "each item will vary" cannot be returned unless arrived broken/damaged.
We do not accept returns or cancellations to purchase the same item for a different price. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
