Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

We are happy to accept returns on eligible items purchased online you are not fully satisfied with.

Returns must be initiated within 15 calendar days of the delivery date. If more than 15 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for an online return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable due to increased carrier fees. No exceptions will be made unless the order has not yet shipped.

Certain items are excluded from returns—please review the section below for details.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your card issuer’s processing time.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Please check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

If you have completed these steps and still do not see your refund, please contact us at info@feelathom.shop and we will be happy to assist.


Exchanges

We are happy to replace items that arrive damaged or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please email info@feelathom.shop. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided via email. Once the returned item is received, Feel At HOM will place a replacement order at no additional cost.


Return Shipping

All approved returns must be shipped using the prepaid shipping label provided via email.


Excluded Products

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Holiday decor

  • Vintage items

  • Items marked “each item will vary” (unless received damaged or broken)


Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations or returns to repurchase the same item at a different price. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.


In-store Return Policy

We do not offer returns on items purchased in-store. Purchases made in-store are eligible for exchange within 3 days of purchase.
