What is the difference between handmade and artisan-made?
Artisan-made pieces are created by skilled craftspeople who have mastered their craft, often using traditional techniques passed down over time. Each piece reflects a high level of expertise and individuality.
Handmade items are also produced by hand rather than by machine, typically resulting in higher quality and more thoughtful construction compared to mass-produced goods.
Why might an item show as in stock but become unavailable after I place an order?
As both a retail shop and an active interior design firm, our inventory can shift quickly. While we update stock regularly, there may be rare instances where an item sells out before our system reflects the change. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and provide next steps.
Why is a product no longer available that I saw recently?
Our collections are intentionally curated and frequently updated. New pieces are introduced regularly, while others may be retired. If something speaks to you, we recommend securing it while it is available.
Where do your products ship from?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Naples, Florida.
